Taskforce, ITAA and Morrison & Foerster Launch
IP Knowledge & Practice Exchange Oct. 20
October 20, 2005 Edition

PROPOSITION: Join us as we begin tracking the business practices of several member companies as they go about building their internal capabilities to compete effectively in IP & IC management. During this process, we will be sharing valuable information and creating new knowledge and concepts for still better practices.

WHAT YOU GIVE: Information about your company's practices and sometimes specific benchmarking data.

WHAT YOU GET: An informal forum with two of the nation's leading associations helping their members learn more about how to innovate faster, safer and cheaper. Our Taskforce SMEs and Morison & Foerster provide expert resources, but the series of web cast offer executives from the IP and IC communities an opportunity to talk about what they have learned…. sometimes the hard way.

REGISTRATION: Go to www.itaa.org to register. You will then come back to the site one day prior to download the presentation and prepare for the discussion to follow. There is no charge for the October edition. More information may be found at www.km-iptask.org.

OCTOBER 20 AGENDA: David Clark, Principal Engineer at Phillip Morris USA, will discuss some of the challenges he faced as he was recently named to "rework" the company's IP practice.
