Learning
Style Assessment & Design
A
Taskforce Learning Tool
-----
Abstract -----
|
|
The
missing piece in learning systems design for so many years is
now available to enable organizations accelerate the learning
process. The "missing piece" is that element of individual accommodation
that enables the instructor to capture the strengths of each learner
in the design and delivery of training. After 20+ years of research
and application in instructional systems design, learning style
methodologies provide a powerful tool to shorten learning time,
increase skill levels and build individual excellence in corporate
performance.
|
|
The
system is especially effective in the communications and teaming
processes and gives the individual a sense of control over his
or her own learning pace, expectations and corporate destiny.
The self-insight and understanding gives the learner a reliable
frame of reference that he can use to take charge of his learning.
|
The
web-based assessment provides immediate feedback and an opportunity
for increased understanding, design support, and/or consultation.
